Trip 22
20th of Friday . . . the sun has centered in the sky, the summer has begun and the Daboos team are still waiting to conquer the red and yellow dunes of dubai.
The team has arrived and are all ready to fight and play with thier fierce toys.
The past two trips has been a blast as they have discovered a new sand dune where hundreds of bikes compete in climbing, it is just in front of Al-Badayer, they also have been challenging the rough terrain towards that new sand dune and today they are all silent, simulating the war that is yet to come . . .
The team, as usual, waste no time, they rip though the mangled and scraggled Warqaa woops and humps, heading towards the petrol station. as they arrived many teams and groups are also filling up their bikes and drinking a fast refreshment, they only took a 10 minutes rest from the pre-excercise and exited the petrol station in a burnout style and headed towards the real challenge a good hour and a half of driving served them well, they arrived in the allocated destination . . .
They took a rest, being entertained by the petrol heads and desert lovers of dubai, and also the jumping skills of Abdullah Dari and some others . . .
The team wore their safety gear and speeded away, visualizing tier cozy and worm homes, but as they cut through the ocean of sand they realized that many riders have stopped, the 5 people that were in the front returned, to there surprise one of the most daring and most skillful rider Mohammed Rashid A.K.A Shafooq was lying on the ground he was injured, his mistake was not riding behind the group so he chose a different route and he jumped into an I-Flex followed by a camel hump causing his bike to flip on his legs . . . he bravely drove his bike to his house whilst being escorted by Bu-Thaen, we later knew that he suffered from fractures in both of his legs.
The Team continued to Al-Aweer petrol station . . . barely, most the rider's bikes were on reserve and finished meters before the petrol station, but with a tiny rest they headed towards their house to receive a well deserved rest for todays tiring trip.
